2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup sunflower oil
The seater the vinegar, the less oil you will need.
This should provide enough dressing for 12 to 14 cups s
alad greens.You could also add 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs such as basil, chives, tarragon, parsley cilantro or dill.
În a medium bowl, whisk together vinegars, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Gradually whisk in olive oil and sunflower oil. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
